We were always greeted by name and made to feel as though our concerns were valid and heard,” said Greg Bland, owner of Christian Brothers Automotive in Loveland. “That’s what I think folks in Loveland will appreciate most about our new location. We want to become the go-to source for honest, genuine car care and build relationships with the customers we serve on a regular basis.”
Before choosing business ownership with Christian Brothers, Bland spent the last 30 years working with a myriad of Fortune 200 companies and successful start-ups where he was responsible for customer satisfaction and operational development, reports Franchising.com. Bland plans to call on his extensive background in the corporate world to focus on quality customer service with Christian Brothers. He believes that customers should be recognized, appreciated and treated with a level of care not often associated with the automotive industry, and is looking forward to introducing Loveland residents to a new level of car care.
