Oct. 22, 2020

GMC has debuted its first all-electric vehicle which begins production next fall, giving you just enough time to save up.

Oct. 22, 2020—After being phased out in 2010 by General Motors, the Hummer brand is being revived by GMC with the all-new Hummer EV Edition 1, which debuted yesterday.

The new electric vehicle has 800-volt DC fast charging capability, 1,000 horsepower, and a driving range of more than 350 miles on a full charge. The exterior of the vehicle features an infinity roof, power rear drop glass and a six-function MultiPro tailgate.

According to a press release, this will be GMC first full-electric vehicle powered by the automaker's Ultium battery system.

Production on the Hummer EV Edition 1 will begin in the fall of 2021 and hit the markets sometime after that with a $112,595 price tag.
