Oct. 21, 2020—Arnott, a development and production company of air suspension products for passenger vehicles, has acquired AccuAir Control Systems suspension company, according to a press release.
The purchase enables Arnott to expand its air suspension products within the performance and luxury light vehicle market.
The AccuAir business will be rebuilt at the Arnott facility in Merritt Island, Fla., with a plan to complete the business acquisition, bring in technical assets to the Florida facility, and relaunch the products by early 2021.
