June 9, 2017—The Tire Industry Association (TIA) announced new performance enhancements to its Online University platform. The new features are designed to make online learning more convenient and accessible for each student.
TIA's Online University is a basic level training platform designed for new hires and experienced technicians. It offers the flexibility for users to study at their own pace by completing a module at their own convenience or completing the entire program in one sitting. Each user will find a larger video screen, electronic skills forms and faster login activation. The university is also now accessible on any browser.
Shop managers and company administrators also have the convenience of adding and maintaining their employees to the systems and running real-time reports on technician progress and test results.
