Feb. 5, 2018—Monro Inc. recently added three retail stores, meaning it has bought 35 tire stores over the last 10 months. The company recently purchased three retail stores from Valley Tire Co. in Pennsylvania.

The transaction with Valley Tire was revealed in a Feb. 1 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commision, as reported by Modern Tire Dealer.

Monro said the purchase of the three retail tire and automotive stores on Jan. 14 was financed through its existing credit facility.
