Dec. 2, 2021—ASA Texas is leaving ASA and will become Texas Auto Care Alliance.
ASA Texas will join forces with the Midwest Auto Care Alliance and other alliances, including ASA Northwest (soon to be Northwest Auto Care Alliance), ASA Illinois (soon to be MWACA Greater Chicagoland), and the recently announced ASA Pennsylvania (soon to be Mid-Atlantic Auto Care Alliance).
The move was approved by the ASA Texas Board of Directors, according to a press release.
"I am very excited that the ASA Texas Board of Directors has chosen to join forces with the Midwest Auto Care Alliance and other Auto Care Alliance members. I feel like this will benefit our members in a very positive way and the future looks very bright for the independent automotive service professionals in Texas," Robert Gruener, president of ASA Texas and owner of Autotechtronics in Katy, Texas, said in a statement.
ASA Texas will immediately begin the transition to Texas Auto Care Alliance and will be contacting members to answer questions and assist them with the process. The changeover to the new brand will be completed by January 1, 2022.
