June 16, 2021—Sun Auto Service has acquired four repair locations in San Antonio, according to a press release.
“This expansion is especially significant, because it brings the important and strategic market of San Antonio into our Texas footprint,” Sun Auto regional vice president Jim Ramsey said in a statement. “In the months and years ahead, we look to continue to grow, serving the people of Texas with exceptional auto repair and customer service.”
Sun Auto Tire & Service, the parent company of Sun Auto Service formerly known as GB Auto Service, has made several large acquisitions over the last year. In April the company acquired California-based Goodguys Tire and Auto Repair. The company rebranded from GB Auto Service to Sun Auto Service last week.
