Applications Open for 2023 Automotive Technician Scholarship Program

Garage Gurus has announced the Automotive Technician Scholarship Program returning for its ninth year to offer scholarships for the 2023-2024 school year, according to a press release.

One scholarship with a value of $2,500 will be offered to 12 individuals each who are “accepted or currently enrolled in accredited, U.S.-based automotive technical schools, colleges, and universities,” or full-time high school students in the U.S.

Those interested in applying may do so online through Garage Guru’s official website. Applications and their necessary materials must be submitted by May 31. Application materials consist of “two (2) letters of recommendation from non-family members” and “a typed essay or video introducing themselves and indicating ‘Why I Want to Be a Top Technician.’”

The applications and submitted materials will be reviewed by ASE Master-certified technicians and other Garage Guru team members. Winners will be announced sometime in late June/early July.
