Autel U.S. has released an updated website with multiple resources on bringing ADAS into independent shops, according to a press release.

The updated site has different sections focusing on different areas of ADAS work. Intro to ADAS serves as a “primer on the types of ADAS, such as Automatic Emergency Braking and Blind Spot Detection.” 

ADAS & Your Shop is another section that discusses the space shops need to work on different ADAS calibrations. There is also an ADAS Setup Guide page and a section on Autel's Alignment and ADAS solutions.

Also included on the site is an ADAS Return on Investment (ROI) calculator to show businesses how soon they could see the benefits of an investment in ADAS. There is also a printable brochure and poster for shops to advertise their new capabilities.

Senior Executive of ADAS Sales at Autel, Stewart Peregrine, said that passing off ADAS work to dealerships or mobile technicians “are lost opportunities to generate revenue and for shops to give quality key to key service to their customers.” 

Their updated website is intended to help shops address the fears they have about ADAS “by providing a wealth of information that addresses each of those concerns,” Peregrine stated.
