TechForce Foundation has announced the launch of its “Grab the Wheel” campaign to attract more young people to technical careers, according to a press release.
Slated to launch on Labor Day, the campaign will last all year round and focuses on individuals between ages 13 through 24 who are still deciding what career path to follow.
As the initiative begins on September 4, all are encouraged to like, comment, or share “Grab the Wheel” content on social media to reach as many people as possible.
“It’s about helping them connect their unique strengths and passions to meaningful work that makes them happy and fulfilled,” said TechForce Foundation CEO Jennifer Maher. “GenZ’s motto is 'You Be You,' and we agree.”
