WIX Filters has partnered with O’Reilly Auto Parts to be title sponsors for the Tomorrow’s Technician 2023 School of the Year competition, according to a press release.
The nationwide competition seeks to crown this year’s best technician training school in the country. WIX and O’Reilly Auto Parts are partners of the award alongside Tomorrow’s Technician.
All high schools or post-secondary schools that are involved with Tomorrow’s Technician’s newsletters, website or LMS (learning management system) are eligible for nomination. Nominees will be accepted through November 29.
Twenty finalists will then be named following the submission process, and will be reviewed by a group of judges. A finalist from four different U.S. regions will be chosen by a group of judges before a final winner is announced in the fall.
The school that wins will receive a visit from Tomorrow’s Tech staff and program sponsors, as well as the WIX mobile marketing unit; a $10,000 donation from WIX Filters to the school’s program; WIX Filters merchandise; and will be featured throughout Tomorrow’s Tech’s online platforms.
Schools ranking in the top 20 will also be recognized online by Tomorrow’s Tech. The three schools selected as runners-up will receive a $500 gift card from WIX.
