Leads Near Me, a digital marketing agency focused on auto repair shops, has released a new song and video called “High Gear,” according to a press release.
An ode to auto repair shop owners and employees nationwide, it was created in collaboration with Will Turpin of Collective Soul, singer/songwriter Brian Collins, and Cincinnati-based band The Summit.
Turpin and Collins are the song’s writers. Turpin and bandmate Jesse Triplett contributed guitars to the track that was recorded in Turpin’s Real 2 Reel Studios in Jonesboro, Georgia.
The song has a modern country rock sound, inspired by artists such as Led Zeppelin, The Cult and Audioslave. Leads Near Me CEO Ryan Burton served as the executive producer of the video and song production, with Max Smith of MAXMIX Productions directing and editing the video.
The video features Burton, Turpin, Collins, The Summit, and Jim Brown, owner of North Roswell Auto Repair and six other shops in metro Atlanta. Brown provided his shop’s location and employees to participate in the video’s plot as well.
Turpin, Collins and The Summit will perform “High Gear” at the High Gear Auto Repair Marketing Conference’s welcome reception. It is currently available for streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, and other music streaming platforms.
