Standard Motor Products Executives Recognized for Accomplishments

    Presiding Independent Director Alisa C. Norris and Pamela Puryear, Ph.D., Chair of SMP’s Compensation and Management Development Committee were both recognized this past year.

    Two members of Standard Motor Products, Inc.’s (SMP) Board of Directors have been recognized for their work, according to a press release.

    SMP’s Presiding Independent Director Alisa C. Norris was named in Directors & Boards Magazine’s Class of 2023 “Directors to Watch: Gender Diversity 2023” that was released in its annual report this past June.

    Norris has experience as a Fortune 250 executive, board director, and board advisor and specializes in marketing, strategy, and human resources.

    Pamela Puryear, Ph.D., Chair of SMP’s Compensation and Management Development Committee, was then recognized this past October in WomenInc. Magazine’s 2023 Most Influential Women Corporate Board Directors.

    Puryear is a business executive with 35 years of global experience in financial services, consulting, healthcare and retail. She holds a Ph.D. degree in organizational psychology from California School of Professional Psychology.
