QuickJack, a division of lift manufacturer BendPak Inc., has announced upgrades across its entire line of portable car lifts, including brand-new models capable of raising heavier vehicles, according to a press release.
The new QuickJack 6000TL and 6000TLX models are rated for 6,000 pounds, along with the 8000TL and 8000TLX which handles up to 8,000 pounds, making them the most powerful QuickJack units to date.
All QuickJack models now feature a reengineered electric/hydraulic power unit, equipped with a pressure-compensated flow divider to help both lift frames rise and lower in unison. Structural components have also been improved, such as including thicker cross members, improved weld geometry, and updated pivot joints to reduce flex and maintain alignment.
QuickJack will now preassemble its hydraulic systems at the factory. Additionally, its entire accessory lineup will remain compatible with the new models, including adapters and frame extensions.
“Our customers trust QuickJack for its portability and ease of use, but we knew we could go even further,” said Jeff Kritzer, BendPak president and QuickJack inventor. “The new hydraulic system is a big leap forward, but so are the structural enhancements that make these lifts stronger, safer, and more capable than ever.”
