Houston Boston Partnership Launches Website, Seeking to Expand as Private Equity Automotive Platform
The Houston Boston Partnership—a private equity platform servicing the independent automotive service sector—has launched a website offering an overview of its mission and family of businesses, according to a press release.
HBP consists of Adams Automotive, Pleasant Car Care, JB Auto Care, Now Auto Care, and most recently, Bartel's Auto Clinic and Scott's Auto Repair. It has generated over $65 million in annual revenue and has a projected $13 million in EBITDA.
The platform operates with the help of AutoShop Answers, providing it with a Fortune 500-level infrastructure. AutoShop Answers Founder and CEO Todd Hayes serves as HBP’s CEO.
