Rachel Spencer to Speak at Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference

June 19, 2025
As the 2023 Ratchet+Wrench All-Star Runner-Up, Spencer has built her reputation on leading with integrity, grit, and a people-first mindset.

Rachel Spencer, owner of Spencer's Auto Repair, will be a speaker at the upcoming Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference, taking place October 8–10 in Glendale, Arizona.

Spencer is the proud owner of an independent repair shop in Krum, Texas, and a recognized voice in the automotive industry. As the 2023 Ratchet+Wrench All-Star Runner-Up, Spencer has built her reputation on leading with integrity, grit, and a people-first mindset.

Known for her honesty, relatability, and commitment to culture, she brings a powerful presence to every stage she steps on. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, workshops, and podcasts, Rachel shares her real-world experience and lessons in leadership, accountability, and overcoming adversity. Her talks challenge conventional thinking and inspire shop owners and teams to lead with clarity, compassion, and conviction—even on the hard days.

She also serves as president of her local NAPA Business Development Group, where she coordinates training opportunities for shops and leads collaboration among local owners to create a positive, lasting impact on the industry. Her focus is on lifting others up and helping fellow shop leaders grow stronger together.

Beyond the shop, Spencer is deeply rooted in her community. She helped organize Fix My Ride, a program that helps individuals in need get safe, reliable transportation, and she organizes an annual toy drive to support local children and families during the holidays. Her impact extends far beyond the automotive bay—driven by a genuine desire to serve and uplift those around her.

Spencer is also a devoted wife and mother, whose family remains the heartbeat of everything she does. Whether in business, on stage, or in her community, Spencer leads by example—with courage, heart, and a belief that when you take care of your people, everything else follows.

Her session, titled “Overcoming Adversity and Leading with a People-First Approach,” will challenge you to rethink what leadership looks like when compassion and conviction come first.

More speaker announcements are slated to come in the coming weeks. Follow Ratchet+Wrench on social media to stay tuned to see what’s in store for RWMC this year—and don’t forget to grab your spot and register.
