John Miller and Ceasar Cordon of Fifth Gear Automotive will be leading a session at the upcoming Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference, taking place October 8–10 in Glendale, Arizona.

Having joined Fifth Gear Automotive eight years ago, Miller is the director of business development for Fifth Gear Automotive in Lewisville, Texas, which operates seven shops in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. 
 
Over the last 6 years, Miller has been instrumental in adding six new shops, over sixty new team members, and a 500% increase in revenue. Prior to Fifth Gear, Miller worked for 35 years in sales and marketing throughout the U.S., using electronic and traditional tools. John’s future focus continues to be always growing Fifth Gear Automotive and himself.

Cordon currently serves as the lead of outside business development at Fifth Gear Automotive, where he plays a pivotal role in driving growth and strategic expansion.

Since joining Fifth Gear four years ago, Cordon has brought a dynamic approach to business development, focused on acquiring and retaining top talent, expanding market presence, and cultivating new customer relationships. 

Their session, “From Repair Shop to Recognized Brand,” will take place on Oct. 9, and will explore how to create lasting customer loyalty by building genuine trust within your local community.
