The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence is hosting a free webinar on Sept. 30 called “Teaching Engine Management for a Positive Impact,” according to a press release.

James Wilson with Auto Dynamics Ltd. will go over the six main sensor inputs and outputs on scan tools, and how to use them for diagnostics.

The session will help participants identify what type of engine management system a vehicle has. Global OBDII, along with the enhanced side of the scan tool, will also be highlighted in the webinar.

Participants in this webinar will receive a certificate of attendance for this live session. Those who are not sure if they can attend are encouraged to register as they will receive a follow-up email with details on how to attend a recorded session, if available.
