Auto Care Association Releases Scheduled Events for AAPEX 2025

In a recent press release, the Auto Care Association has outlined its planned events for AAPEX 2025, taking place Nov. 4  to 6, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

AAPEX attendees can visit the Auto Care Association at these locations:

Auto Care Association Member Center
The Auto Care Association Member Center offers members a place off the show floor to rest, enjoy light snacks, check email, network, or host meetings. Complimentary meeting rooms are available for reservation.
Hours: Monday, Nov. 3, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 4 to Thursday, Nov. 6, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: The Venetian Expo, Level One, Rooms 201–203

Auto Care Association Booth
The Auto Care Association Booth will have desks dedicated to advocacy, communities, and products. Staff will be available to answer questions about industry policies, connect professionals, and provide information on the latest products. AWDA and Import Vehicle Community meeting rooms will also be located here.

Auto Care ON AIR Booth
Attendees can experience live podcast recordings at the Auto Care Podcast Booth, watching the podcasting process and having the opportunity to engage with hosts and guests.

2025 AAPEX Reception
The official kickoff of AAPEX will be celebrated at the AAPEX Reception, a standing-room-only event open to all AAPEX attendees. Complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be offered.

AAPEX Keynote Breakfast Featuring Wayne Gretzky
The AAPEX 2025 Keynote Breakfast will feature a State of the Industry presentation from
Auto Care Association President and CEO Bill Hanvey and MEMA President Paul McCarthy, followed by a moderated discussion with Wayne Gretzky. Tickets are required for this event.
When: Tuesday, Nov. 4, from 6:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.

International Business Matchmaking Program
U.S. exhibitors and international buyers can connect through one-on-one meetings scheduled by the Auto Care Association, matching business objectives for global growth.

YANG Networking Reception
Young professionals and mentors are invited to network at the 1923 Prohibition Bar, a hidden speakeasy above the gondola canals. Pre-registration required. This event is open to AAPEX attendees under 40 with active YANG member or mentor status only.

Women in Auto Care Breakfast and Awards Ceremony
A breakfast that will celebrate the achievements of women and allies in the automotive aftermarket. Tickets are required.

Women in Auto Care and Its Allies Reception at AAPEX
This event is an annual AAPEX reception for networking and community building. It’s open to all AAPEX attendees, with no registration required.

Sustainabili-TEA (and Coffee) Networking Meet-up
A networking event for those interested in sustainability within the auto aftermarket. Hosted by the Auto Care Association and MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers.
