Institute for Automotive Business Excellence Launches Gear Group Holdings LLC

The Institute for Automotive Business Excellence has announced the formation of Gear Group Holdings LLC: a new strategic holding company established to support long-term growth, operational scalability, and enhanced partnership opportunities within the automotive aftermarket.

As shared in a press release, the announcement represents a change in structure, not identity. There will be no changes to the Institute’s brand, programming, or commitment to its members and partners. Gear Group Holdings LLC will serve as the parent organization of the Institute for Automotive Business Excellence.
