Ratchet+Wrench Welcomes Columnist Cecil Bullard

Ratchet+Wrench welcomes Cecil Bullard as its newest columnist. Bullard brings over 46 years of industry experience, starting as a technician in his father's shop and rising to a master technician and multi-shop owner. Bullard has also served as an industry consultant and business coach to thousands of shops across the United States and Canada, providing insight into management, leadership, marketing, processes, and more.

"I have held every position in this industry and made every mistake, probably more than once," Bullard said. "I have also run some amazingly successful shops over the past 46 years. My continuous work over the past 26 years, helping shops across the United States and Canada become more profitable and successful, gives me a unique perspective.
