AutoShop Answers today announced its 2027 Key2Key Training Calendar in a recent press release, marking one of the largest expansions of the company's training platform to date.

Building on the continued growth of its flagship Key2Key Weekend and Auto Hospitality operating model, AutoShop Answers will enter 2027 with an expanded national training strategy designed to reach more shop owners, managers, service advisors and multi-location operators.

For the first time, the company plans to expand its training offerings with Onsite Multi-Shop Training, a Women's-Only AutoShop Answers Weekend, and a new West Coast Class.

AutoShop Answers has announced the following dates for its 2027 training calendar:

• February 19–20, 2027
• March 19–20, 2027
• April 23–24, 2027
• May 21–22, 2027
• June 18–19, 2027
• July 23–24, 2027
• August 20–21, 2027
• September 17–18, 2027
• October 22–23, 2027
  December 3–4, 2027

Specific locations, class formats and registration details for select 2027 events—including the West Coast Class and Women's-Only AutoShop Answers Weekend—will be announced separately.

NEW FOR 2027: Onsite Multi-Shop Training
One of the biggest additions for 2027 will be AutoShop Answers Onsite Multi-Shop Training, created specifically for growing automotive organizations and multi-location operators.

Rather than requiring an entire organization to travel to a single training location, AutoShop Answers will bring its training directly to qualifying multi-shop groups.

The onsite format is designed to help owners, leadership teams, service advisors, managers and other key team members learn and implement the same operating language across multiple locations.

NEW FOR 2027: Women's-Only AutoShop Answers Weekend
AutoShop Answers will also introduce a special Women's-Only AutoShop Answers Weekend in 2027.

The new event will look to host the industry's leading women in the automotive industry. Providing a weekend to develop their skills in leadership, sales, operations, customer experience, communication, and business growth while building relationships with other women helping lead the next generation of independent automotive businesses.

The event will incorporate the principles of Key2Key and Auto Hospitality. Women owners, operators, managers, service advisors and emerging leaders will be attending.

NEW FOR 2027: AutoShop Answers Goes West
After expanding Key2Key beyond its traditional Houston home, AutoShop Answers plans to continue that momentum in 2027 with a dedicated West Coast training event.

The West Coast Class will make it easier for shop owners and teams throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, and the western United States to experience AutoShop Answers training closer to home.

Additional information regarding the host city, facility, instructors, and registration will be announced.
