Integrity Auto Pros Upgrades Liberty, Maryland Shop After Acquisition
Eight months after being acquired, Integrity Auto Pros in Liberty, Maryland, has undergone extensive upgrades to its service offerings, as shared in a recent press release.
Originally called Integrity Auto Care, the shop has been located on Main Street in Liberty for over 30 years. When Auto Pros owner John Burley heard the shop had been struggling, he stepped in, with the Burley family, owners of Airpark Auto Pros, acquiring the shop in Feburary 2026.
Eight months later, the shop employs a master technician with over 35 years of experience, a motorcycle technician with expertise on almost every kind of bike, and an experienced manager from the dealership industry.
Upon the store being acquired, it was also renovated, with modernized equipment and a waiting area with snacks, drinks, WiFi and Netflix; 24/7 drop off and pick up. The business has also rolled out the ability to pay online, as well as all estimates and inspections being sent to customers’ phones.
“When we started Auto Pros in 2019, we were on a mission. We saw an industry where people were being sold services they don't need, and where dealers and shops tried to take advantage of women, elderly, people who don't know about cars, and anyone else they thought they could,” said Burley. “We saw an industry known for dishonesty, upselling and overcharging. We saw an industry that was in desperate need of a new approach. So we set out to be the example of what a shop should be—fast, friendly and exceptionally honest.”
