Report: November Sales Plummet for Volkswagen

Dec. 3, 2015

Dec. 3, 2015—The impact of Volkswagen's emissions scandal can be seen through the company’s sales in November, according to a report by USA Today.

Sales went down 25 percent to 23,882 units compared to the same time period last year.

"Volkswagen is working tirelessly on an approved remedy for the affected diesel vehicles,” Volkswagen U.S. Chief Operating Officer Mark McNabb said in a statement according to the report. "During this time we would like to thank our dealers and customers for their continued patience and loyalty."
