Tire and Auto Repair Shop Has New CEO

Elizabeth Gowland Barron, daughter of former CEO, Charley Gowland, became the official CEO starting Jan. 1., following Gowland's retirement after 50 years in the business. 

Jan. 2, 2019—A new CEO has taken over Chabill's Tire and Auto Service in Morgan City, La., according to WAFB 9Elizabeth Gowland Barron, daughter of former CEO, Charley Gowland, became the official CEO starting Jan. 1., following Gowland's retirement after 50 years in the business. 

“I plan to continue the tradition of high quality customer service that has been established under my father’s leadership,” Beth Barron said to WAFB 9. “With the ongoing support of the Chabill’s leadership team, we will continue to offer high quality products and superior technical services. We will also continue to look at expansion opportunities.”

Gowland Barron was previously the vice president of operations and sales, according to WAFB 9, and worked at the operation for 26 years.
