Federal Mogul Introduces Gasket to Address Hyundai, Kia Repair Issues

June 13, 2013—Federal Mogul recently introduced more than 100 new parts to the Fel-Pro line of replacement gaskets and seals.
Among these new parts is a one-piece replacement gasket that Federal Mogul says is the first to address repair issues when re-installing the oil pans on many 2009-2012 Hyundai and Kia V6 engines.
The Fel-Pro oil pan gasket is manufactured from a fiber sheet encapsulated in black latex rubber coating to prevent engine oil from wicking through the gasket body.
Other new gaskets and related components include additional stock and performance head gaskets and sets, new valve cover gasket sets, and additional stock and performance intake manifold gasket sets.
