Connecticut Has Second Highest Car Repair Costs

July 2, 2019—YourMechanic.com, an app that books mechanic house calls for people needing their car serviced found that Connecticut has the second highest car repair costs in the country, reports the New Haven Register.

The app looked at data from five separate sources in order to rank states in five categories: gas prices, insurance premiums, repair costs, mileage, and vehicle property taxes.

Georgia ranked first in the findings, while Hawaii, California and New Jersey followed behind Connecticut. The most affordable car repairs were found in Michigan and Ohio.
