Ratchet+Wrench has begun the search for the next recipient of the All-Star Award. 

The annual award program recognizes outstanding leaders whose businesses represent quality service, culture, and community involvement. The winner gets the magazine cover in September and a feature article about their work. In addition, they are invited to speak at the fall Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference.

The 2022 winner was John Cayer of Premier Auto in Worchester, Massachusetts.
