Dec. 18, 2020—GB Auto Service, Inc., one of the largest independent tire and automotive service company in the country, has officially announced the its acquisition of three ServiceONE Automotive Locations in the Houston area, according to a press release.
ServiceONE Automotive's Cypress locations will join 12 other Louetta Automotive locations in the area that have joined the GB Auto family.
With the addition of the ServiceONE Automotive stores, the GB Auto brand has broadened its footprint of the company which owns brands in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas and Oklahoma.
“For Houston-area drivers, ServiceONE Automotive is an established and trusted source for maintenance, repair and replacement,” says GB Auto Service CEO Frank Kneller. “The addition of these three stores helps us strategically expand our presence in Houston, Cypress, and neighboring communities.”
