Ford had to briefly pause production on its F-150 trucks due to missing door handles, Reuters reports.

According to a source close to the situation, the automaker had to cease production at three plants over the past weekend, as first reported by the Wall Street Journal. Both gasoline and electric trucks are produced at the plants.

As they work to resolve the issue, some trucks have been parked somewhere they can wait for replacement door handles, with some shipments being stalled.

“While a supplier part shortage is affecting some of our North American plants, we expect to make up all of the production that is impacted,” Ford said in an e-mail statement to Reuters.

This isn’t the first problem Ford has had with F-150 manufacturing: this past February production on the F-150 Lightning temporarily came to a halt after an incident of a battery catching on fire.
