Automotive CRM provider Steer has partnered with Reserve with Google to make it easier for customers to book appointments, according to a news release.
Any business with a Google Business listing is able to take advantage of the collaboration, which allows customers to book directly from a shop’s Google listing.
The process helps streamline and accelerate the process of scheduling an appointment. For shops that already use Steer's scheduler, they will be automatically integrated with Reserve with Google, eliminating the need for manual opt-ins.
Customers who book through the new feature will receive instant confirmation of their future appointment for their personal reference. The collaboration aims to promote customer engagement by getting rid of unnecessary obstacles between looking a business up and finding where to schedule an appointment.
“Our integration with Reserve with Google reflects Steer's commitment to enhancing the service experience,” said Steer CEO Parker Swift. “Merging our CRM strengths with Google's vast reach provides a strong opportunity to improve how consumers connect with auto repair services. Innovation meets convenience, setting the stage for a transformative customer experience in the automotive service industry.”
