The Coats Company Acquired by Victor Capital Partners

Coats' existing executive team will continue to work in the company, with Mauricio Sartori acting as president and CEO.

The Coats Company has been acquired by Victor Capital Partners from the Vontier Corporation, according to a recent press release.

Coats is a 75-year-old company that manufactures and distributes Coats-branded wheel service, alignment, inspection, lift, and shop productivity equipment and services, with a customer base primarily made up of repair shops, tire dealers, big box retailers, and car dealers.

The company’s current manufacturing facility and office in LaVergne, Tennessee has been designated as its headquarters following the acquisition by Victor Capital. Its existing executive team will continue to work in the company, with Mauricio Sartori acting as president and CEO.
