The deadline to register for upcoming University of Aftermarket courses is fast approaching, says Northwood University in a recent press release.

Four courses are currently set to run from March 18 through May 12, and those interested will have until March 4 to sign up.

The first course, Aftermarket Field Sales Management, will explore the role a field sales manager plays and work on improving essential job functions such as selling capabilities, time management, advertising, creating sales reports, and human resource skills.

The Culture of Leadership will cover how organizational strategies impact leadership and management. Participants will learn what value is in company committees and teams and how to improve your staff’s morale and teamwork.

The Selling & Sales Management course will aim to help develop sales management techniques and presentation skills, such as gaining and retaining customer relationships while still maintaining the company’s goals.

Finally, the Consumer Behavior course will be a deep dive into the psychology of consumers’ reactions to marketing, examining consumer behavior theory to understand customer satisfaction and effective marketing decisions.

Anyone looking to enroll in any number of the four sessions may do so through Northwood University’s website.
