Nissan Recalls Nearly 58K LEAF Vehicles

Feb. 16, 2024
A fix has not been announced, as a solution is still under development.

A recall has been issued for nearly 58,000 Nissan LEAF vehicles due to distorted or absent rearview camera display images, reports Consumer Affairs.

In total, 57,914 Nissan LEAFs from model years 2018-2022 are estimated to be affected by the recall.

The issue stems from damage to the camera harness leading to the rearview image camera display not displaying correctly, if at all.

Unfortunately, a fix has not been announced, as a solution is still under development. Owners of affected vehicles will begin receiving notices on March 20.
