Northwood University Hosting Forum on Mergers & Acquisitions, Auto-Related Investments

The two-day event will take place in April at Northwood’s campus in Midland, Michigan, in April.

Northwood University is holding a forum with financial services firm Stephens Inc. that will focus on mergers and acquisitions and auto-related investments, according to a recent news release.

The two-day event will take place in April at Northwood’s campus in Midland, Michigan, beginning on April 16 with an overview of the current economic landscape as attendees enjoy a cocktail dinner.

Much of the activity will take place the next day, April 17, with plenty of discussion and fireside chats planned. A myriad of topics will be covered, including consumer health, dealership market trends, an update on the aftermarket, partnering with a family office, debt restructuring, proper presentation of financials, a consolidator’s view of the M&A market, and current geopolitical issues.
