Shop-Ware Introduces Online Scheduling Services to Management Platform

Shop-Ware, part of Vehlo, has enhanced its platform with an Online Service Scheduler, enabling auto shops to offer appointment scheduling beyond business hours.

Shop-Ware is bringing online scheduling services to its cloud-based shop management platform, according to a recent press release.

Now integrated into Shop-Ware, the new feature allows for a shop’s customer to schedule an appointment outside business hours.

“Shop-Ware’s new Online Service Scheduler is more than just a convenience—it’s a strategic tool that gives auto shops a distinct advantage in running their business,” said Rob Hough, EVP of the Aftermarket division at Vehlo, parent company of Shop-Ware. “This feature enhancement will empower shops to smooth out operational challenges, improve customer satisfaction, and drive additional revenue.”
