Technician Find has launched an AI tool to help shop owners craft advertisements for hiring technicians, according to a press release.

The Tech Ad Tuner is powered by a custom GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer), enabling it to analyze ads that shop owners have created and suggest improvements.

The tool highlights strengths and weaknesses of a potential ad, in addition to generating optimized job descriptions for shops to use.

The new tool is free to use for any shops.
