Matrack Inc., Voyomotive Collaborate on Fleet Customer Service

Matrack Inc. has partnered with Voyomotive, LLC to connect Matrack fleet customers with more than 36,000 service locations across the U.S. and Canada, according to a recent press release.

As part of the partnership, vehicle diagnostics and maintenance alerts from Matrack’s ELD devices will be transmitted automatically to IT systems of repair shops.

The collaboration aims to reduce communication delays between fleets and shops and to allow for parts pre-ordering and faster scheduling.

“This partnership with Matrack significantly expands the fleet customer base that can benefit from the VOYOLink Intelligent Service Platform,” said Peter Yorke, CEO of Voyomotive, LLC.
