Autel has launched a new online platform that centralizes the management, storage, and sharing of diagnostic data across single and multi-shop operations, the company shared in a press release.

Called Autel Cloud, the platform was designed to enable shops to store, access, and collaborate on diagnostic reports, live data, digital vehicle inspections, and ADAS calibration results from a centralized hub, connecting technicians, service writers, and front-office staff.

The platform automatically syncs data from supported Autel diagnostic tablets—from the MX900 up to the MS Ultra S2, including legacy models—and service tools such as the ITS600, BT608, and TBE200, allowing for users to manage devices, software updates, and customer information.

Users are also able to locate scan reports, live data, and service histories by VIN, customer name, or technician, and share results with customers or insurers for faster approvals. Users can also organize and monitor all Autel diagnostic tools by shop or technician, manage software subscriptions and Total Care coverage, and track productivity across locations.

“Autel Cloud connects every part of shop operations—from the service bay to the front office—bringing transparency, collaboration, and efficiency to the next level,” said Maurice Miller, Autel's VP of customer success. “It's another example of Autel's responsiveness to the needs of our users and a commitment to ensuring that every product we make provides them with countless ways to improve the efficiency and profitability of their organizations and offer their customers exceptional service.”
