Bolt On Technology Announces AI-Powered Platform for Auto Repair Shops

Bolt On Technology has announced the launch of an AI-powered platform for auto repair shops called MILES in a press release.

MILES will serve as the umbrella brand for Bolt On's portfolio of AI-powered products for auto repair shops. 

The first products launching under the MILES brand include the MILES AI Assistant, an in-app agent within Bolt On's CRM products that provides customers with instant answers; and MILES Virtual Service Advisor, a customer-facing AI product that provides 24/7 service interactions such as scheduling appointments and answering questions.

The announcement comes after a period of significant investment in product development at Bolt On Technology, including the expansion of its Product Management organization and the formation of a dedicated Artificial Intelligence Unit.

The MILES AI Assistant launches next week within Bolt On's CRM products, with the MILES Virtual Service Advisor to follow shortly thereafter.
