ASE to Hold Webinar on New xEV Safety Standards

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence will be holding a webinar on the ASE’s new standards for electrified propulsion vehicles xEV high-voltage electrical safety.

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) will be holding a webinar on the ASE’s new standards for electrified propulsion vehicles xEV high-voltage electrical safety, according to a press release.

The one-hour webinar is titled “Introduction to ASE xEV High-Voltage Electrical Safety Standards and Tests.” It will take place on June 6 and will be led by Corey Glassman and Matt Shepanek of ASE.

Glassman and Shepanek will go over how the new xEV high-voltage electrical safety standards were developed and what testing on it will look like. The webinar will also discuss the differences between levels 1, 2, and 3, and having tests delivered through NetExam.

Those who wish to attend the live session may register to do so online. Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance after the webinar.
