The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence is hosting a free webinar on modern engine diagnostics, according to a press release.

Titled “Modern Engine Diagnostics—Relative Compression Testing with PicoScope,” the Sept. 23 session will go over performing relative compression testing with a PicoScope.

Participants in the webinar will learn how to gather information from multiple major vehicle components through one test. The presentation will cover the setup and theory of relative compression, display the advantages of current ramp testing, and demonstrate how proper setup and testing procedures yield the most informative post-capture analysis.

Participants in this webinar will receive a certificate of attendance for this live session. Those who are not sure if they can attend are encouraged to register as they will receive a follow-up email with details on how to attend a recorded session, if available.
