Steckler's S.W.A.T. Division: Revolutionizing Automotive Technical Support

Steckler's S.W.A.T. division offers a unique blend of diagnostic support and tailored training for auto repair shops worldwide, ensuring technicians gain confidence and skills with each case, all for a flat fee.

Brandon Steckler announced the launch of Steckler's Worldwide Automotive Technical Training and Diagnostics (S.W.A.T. Training and Diagnostics), a new division of Steckler's Automotive Technical Services designed to address challenges faced by automotive repair shops worldwide.

For years, Steckler Automotive Technical Services has become a trusted name in the automotive industry for technical insight and diagnostic approach. The new division takes a different approach to technical support services by combining diagnostic expertise with what Steckler calls a "Just-in-Time" training system designed for ongoing success.

The S.W.A.T. division model differs from traditional technical support services by pairing diagnostic support with education. According to Steckler, customers receive diagnostic support, technical performance evaluation, and training through every step of the diagnostic and repair process—all for a single flat fee with no subscription costs.

"I diagnose the fault and train you through every step. So, the vehicle leaves fixed, and you walk away with the know-how and confidence to tackle similar faults by yourself next time," Steckler said. "Traditional tech support services are structured to keep you coming back. Not with S.W.A.T. I fill that hole and then fill the bucket."

The new division offers comprehensive diagnostic support with every case, technical performance evaluations, customized virtual classes created specifically for each caller, in-person hands-on training at customer shops, and individual waveform and scan data analysis and annotation. All services are included in a single flat fee from fault identification to prescribed fix, with no subscription fees.

Steckler emphasized the distinction between his approach and traditional technical support models. "Your investment not only yields free support from fault-to-prescribed fix but also just-in-time training with every case," he said. The new division and branding come with even more benefits to the automotive industry:

  • Free diagnostic support with every case
  • Free comprehensive tech performance evaluation with every case
  • Customized virtual classes created specifically for each caller, for continued education
  • In-person, hands-on training at your shop
  • Individual waveform/scan data analysis/annotation available
