    Shop owners reported in the 2023 Ratchet+Wrench Industry Survey that despite the technician shortage, they are holding on to their techs longer. On the other side of that equation, the need for techs has led 26% of shop owners to create an apprenticeship program to solve their labor shortage challenges.
