Sept. 1, 2020—A customer satisfaction survey shows Fiat Chrysler Automobile ahead of the other two big U.S. companies, Ford and General Motors.
The Detroit Free Press reports that FCA main gains in the survey report with its Ram and Jeep brands holding sway over customers. Ford and GM dropped a bit in the survey results over previous surveys.
The 2020 American Customer Satisfaction Index interviewed 10,414 customers chosen at random between July 2019 and June 2020.
