March 21, 2014—Master Auto Repair, a multi-shop operation based in St. Louis and Illinois, has earned the Angie’s List Super Service Award, which aims to reflect “an exemplary year of service provided to members” of the consumer review service in 2013.
"Owning a business is a great career for me. It's challenging; there's always something new happening. Being in a service business gives me the opportunity to help people by solving their car problems," said Mike Najjar, owner of Master Auto Repair. "There's no doubt in my mind that I have the best managers and technicians in the St. Louis area, and possibly anywhere. These guys do such a great job, it makes my job much easier. They're fun to work with, they take care of our customers very well."
Award winners have to meet strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade. The company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, have a fully complete profile, pass a background check, and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.
According to Angie Hicks, Angie’s List founder, only about 5 percent of the companies Master Auto Repair competes with in St. Louis, Mo., and Collinsville, Ill., are eligible to earn the award.
